The focus of our Systemic Stairway™ Facilitator Certification programme is to develop professional facilitators that can create real change and success in complex team or organisational projects and or initiatives.
Our Facilitator Certification Programme is a blended action learning programme. This programme is for people who wish to master the theory, method and art of collaborating in complex situations. This programme will enable you to facilitate collaborative problem-solving and decision-making to resolve a wide variety of complex operational or strategic challenges at a team, project and or organisational level. At the end of this programme, you will become a Certified Systemic Stairway™ Facilitator (CSSF).
The Facilitator Certification Programme is made up of 5-steps including a mix of course video and reading materials, assignments and practical applications. We have purposefully designed the programme so that these steps can be completed independently of each other, not requiring or pressurising you to sign-up and commit to the entire certification process. The steps need to be completed in order. Each step has its own price and requires an upfront payment.

In addition, you will be able to offer professional workshops and coaching.
