I would highly recommend this course to others in leadership and management positions, 9/10. The Systemic Stairway™ methodology and tools I feel are very useful to me. I really enjoyed the lessons and they were very self-explanatory. I could understand the concepts from watching the videos. It was a great experience. The course and platform were easy to navigate and well laid out. I like how there was a bit of a revision at the beginning of each lesson, making it easier to grasp the concepts.
