Action Learning Project Process
After our training, embed the new collaboration methodologies, skills and language by engaging delegates in action learning projects contextualised to their management level and real team, project, performance or organisational need. Projects run over a 1-4 month process.
1. Contextualised action learning project
Delegates are commissioned to use the collaboration methodologies to create impact and change in a real team or organisational situation. Projects are contextualised to delegates management level and offer a platform to increase performance in their sphere of influence.
2. Coaching and feedback
We provide coaching and feedback sessions to project groups where we ensure technical application and provide insights to deepen their learning and improve the quality of their project.
3. Presentations
Project groups are required to present the value they have added and their learning to a select panel of “judges”. This offers the organisation an opportunity to gain deep insight and learning into real organisational challenges and opportunities.
