2. In today’s busy world where we are rushed off our feet, keeping a reflective journal about our management practice is a waste of precious time and I will be able to make sense of my learning experiences in my head.
3. Not only has Zandi been able to use the Systemic Stairway™ successfully to help manage individual and team performance, she has also been able to use it as a reflective practitioner to help improve her own performance.
